Today we announce the formation of xAI. The goal of xAI is to understand the true nature of the universe. You can meet the team and ask us questions during a Twitter Spaces chat on Friday, July 14th.

There are 12 members listed on the website as part of the X.AI team, including Musk himself. X.AI employs individuals who previously worked with other AI companies such as OpenAI, Deep Mind, Google Research, Microsoft Research, and Tesla.

In another news from Shopify, they deleted 12,000 meetings this year. Today, they went a step further with a tool that shows the $$$ cost of holding meetings.
