Quora has evolved beyond just being a website that keeps me hooked for hours with interesting topics I never knew existed. They recently launched Poe, an iPhone app with plans to expand to Android and web. The app features a sleek messaging interface, is faster than ChatGPT for me, offers suggested follow-up prompts, and clickable topics for deeper exploration. It also has multiple bots with cute names, each using different models - Sage from OpenAI, Heron from Anthropic, and Dragonfly from another OpenAI model.

I had the opportunity to talk to the Quora founder, who hinted at more exciting things to come, but couldn't reveal them 🤫. The app offers users the flexibility to choose which model they interact with, and Quora is betting that people will love this customization.
